Please allow up to 7-15business days  for your order to process due to HIGH DEMAND. (not including weekends or holidays)

Priority shipping still has to pass the processing times*

USPS IS having DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19.

At this time we do not offer any returns/ refunds, all sales are final.

We do not refund shipping.

We are not responsible for any lost/ stolen/ damaged packages, if your items say delivered by USPS and they are lost/ stolen/ damaged we are not responsible. We will still try our best to help you locate your package, as for damages products you will have to contact the carrier.

If your package is returned to us due to INCORRECT or INSUFFICIENT address only 1/2 the cost will be refunded NOT including shipping. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING please. ( the customer has to contact us for this matter it is not automatic )

All sales are Final. The shipping cost will Not be refunded.

 

 

*Warning::*  canceling/ Refunds of an order that has already been paid by credit / debit card, it will take approximately 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
